What is IN’A BOWL?

IN’A BOWL is a small catering company featuring creative comfort food inspired by different ethnicities, spices and flavor profiles. Accompanied by an added American twist, these bowls are served on a warm bed of different flavored rice’s, dressed in delicious savory sauces, and are sure to captivate the taste buds of plenty. IN’A BOWL offers a variety of different options to accommodate many different palates and preferences. There are NO pork dishes on the menu. Everything is homemade, handcrafted and catered with passion! All menu options can be adjusted to accommodate and appease you and your guest.

I have always had a passion for food. Growing up in a household with 8 children and a single mother, options were limited. My mother attended school full time and worked diligently to be able to provide for us. So, as children, we were not awarded the luxury of many meals being cooked or prepared for us. I became obsessed with ravaging through refrigerator and pantry items available, challenging myself to create a meal out of whatever could be found. There was nothing more devastating for me, than to feel or watch anyone around me go hungry. Satisfying the hunger of all my siblings became an extreme passion for me.

I have witnessed the joy and the happiness that people experience through food. There is nothing more gratifying for me, than to be able to share in providing those same experiences for you and your guest. The focus at IN’A BOWL is providing good food with quality ingredients, presentations that are aesthetically pleasing, but above all, creating memorable experiences that will last a lifetime.

Everything we do is in a bowl. The IN’A BOWL concept stems from a strong belief that most catered events are SOCIAL. Where people love to mingle, be mobile and not be confined to a seat. Our menu has been structured to accommodate this belief. Offering all options catered in a bowl. Allowing you and your guest to do all of the above, all while STILL, satisfying your hunger!
